All chapters must respect the ceremony :

Arrival of the Members in correct dress, carrying the ceremonial instruments : The cask tap, the cask door, the gold book and the charter scroll. Also the medals, diplomas and the oaths for the applicants.

The welcoming of the new applicants by the Grand Chancellor Reading of the charter, & the chapters opening declaration by the Grand Chancellor Roll call of each applicant by the Grand Chamberlain Presentation of each applicant by the Grand Speaker The dubbing of the Order of the Knight (or of the Grand Officer), presentation of the ribbon & of the diploma The libation & reading of the oath Sampling & appreciation of the Grand Cru de Malepère wines.
