For red wines :

Principal grape : Merlot N, minimum of 50%.
Cabernet Franc &/or Cot N : minimum 20% as from 2006.
Supplementary grapes : Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsaut N, Grenache N, Lledoner Pelut.

For rosés wines :

Principal grapes : Cabernet Franc, Cinsaut N, Grenache N, blend minimum of 70%
Supplementary grapes : Merlot N, Cot N, Cabernet Franc, Syrah N. (La Syrah is limited to land planted before the date that the decree came into force).
